1. The time by which the Claimants are to file and serve (1) their Reply and Defence to Counterclaim pursuant to Rule 16.16 and 16.19 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts and (2) their Response to the Defendants’ Request for Further Information be extended to 4pm on Monday, 22 July 2024.
2. Costs shall be costs in the case.
3. Parties shall have liberty to apply.
