AND UPON the parties agreeing a further extension of time by which the Defendants must file and serve their Reply to Defence to Counterclaim until 4pm (GST) on Friday 4 October 2024.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The time by which the Defendants are to file and serve their Reply to Defence to Counterclaim is extended until 4pm GST on Friday 4 October 2024.
2. Costs shall be costs in the case.
3. Parties shall have liberty to apply
