AND PURSUANT TO Part 18 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The Claimant shall amend the Claim Form and Particulars of Claim pursuant to Part 18 of the RDC by no later than 4pm on Sunday, 30 August 2020.
3. The Defendant shall amend its defence (if any) by no later than 4pm on Wednesday, 9 September 2020.
4. Costs in the case.
