UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Application Notice No. CFI-043-2020/2 dated 1 June 2020 seeking a Court Order to serve the First, Second and Fourth Defendants with the Claim Form via the same email (the “Application”)
AND PURSUANT TO Rule 9.3 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Pursuant to RDC 9.31, the Claimant is granted permission to serve Claim No. CFI-043-2020 (the "Claim") on the Defendants by the alternative method of service set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Order.
2. The Claimant is to serve a copy of the Claim Form and a copy of this Order, by e-mail to the following address:

3. If the Claim is sent to the permitted email addresses, set out in paragraph 2 of this Order (“Paragraph 2”), before 4pm on any given day, then the Claim will be considered served on that same day. In the event the Claim is emailed after 4pm, pursuant to Paragraph 2, then the Claim will be considered to be served the following day.
4. Costs in the case.
