UPON reviewing Application No. CFI-043-2017/3 dated 4 March 2019 filed by Ahmed Bin Dhahi Advocates and Legal Consultants pursuant to Rule 37.11 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts to come off the record as the Defendant’s legal representative in these proceedings
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Ahmed Bin Dhahi Advocates and Legal Consultants has ceased to be the legal representative of the Defendant in the proceedings.
2. Ahmed Bin Dhahi Advocates and Legal Consultants shall provide to the Registry, by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 7 March 2019, contact details belonging to the Defendant.
3. The Defendant shall pay Ahmed Bin Dhahi Advocates and Legal Consultants costs of this Application.
