AND PURSUANT TO Part 9 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is partly granted.
2. The time frame for service of the Part 7 claim form dated 7 June 2020 on the Defendants, in the matter of CFI-043-2021, shall be extended by three months from the date of this order.
3. The Claimant’s request to serve the claim form on the Defendants by email is rejected.
4. Liberty to apply.
5. Costs in the case.
