UPON the Claimants’ Application No. CFI-043-2022/1 dated 23 June 2022 for an interim injunction and freezing order (the ‘‘Application’’)
AND UPON the Order of Justice Robert French dated 29 June 2022 granting, inter alia, an interim injunction and a freezing order against the Respondent/ Defendant (the “29 June 2022 Order”)
AND UPON the Order of Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke dated 7 July 2022 continuing the freezing order and injunction until the Return Date (the “7 uly 2022 Order”)
AND UPON paragraph 5 of the 7 July 2022 Order directing that the Defendant shall file and serve any evidence in reply on jurisdiction by 4pm on 2 September 2022
AND UPON directions given by the DIFC Courts Registry (as communicated to the parties via e-mail on 12 July 2022 at 15:25) directing that
(1) the Return Date hearing is listed at 12pm GST on 8 September 2022 before Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke; and
(2) the parties file by 4pm GST on 2 September 2022 the eBundle, skeleton arguments as well as any documents to be relied on during the course of the Return Date hearing
AND UPON the agreement of the parties
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline for the parties to exchange and file skeleton arguments shall be varied to 4pm GST on 5 September 2022.
2. Costs in the case.
3. Liberty to apply.
