AND UPON the parties having agreed to the vary the terms of the Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED WITH CONSENT THAT:
1. The time for complying with paragraph 1 of the Consent Order shall be varied to no later than 4pm on 14 December 2021.
2. The Defendant may, if so advised, file and serve its evidence in reply by no later than 4pm on 18 January 2022.
3. Costs in the case.
4. Liberty to apply.
