CONSENT ORDER
UPON the parties having agreed terms through their respective solicitors:
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The stay of the proceedings put in place by orders of the Court dated 2 January 2020, 2 April 2020, 21 April 2020, 15 June 2020, 20 July 2020, 16 August 2020 ,16 September 2020 and 5 October 2020, which stayed the proceedings until 15 October 2020 (to enable the parties to attend a mediation), shall be extended to 1 November 2020 to enable the parties to continue the mediation process.
2. For the duration of the stay, all deadlines in the proceedings will remain on hold.
3. The parties shall notify the Court in writing at the end of that period whether settlement has been reached and the parties shall at the same time lodge either:
(a) in the event settlement is reached – a draft Consent Order signed by all parties; or
(b) in the event settlement is not reached – a statement of agreed directions signed by all parties.
4. In the absence of agreed directions, the parties will seek directions from the Registry.
5. Either party shall be at liberty to apply to the lift the stay prior to 1 November 2020.
6. No order as to costs.
