UPON the First Claimant’s Application No. CFI-045-2020/10 dated 11 June 2020 for an order permitting service by alternative means on the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth and Fifteenth Defendants (each a “Respondent” and together the “Respondents”)

AND UPON the Court determining the application on paper and without notice to the Respondents under RDC 9.32(2)

AND UPON the Court concluding that there is a good reason to authorize service by alternative means on the Respondents

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The First Claimant may serve the Claim Form and all other documents required to be served in these proceedings on a Respondent by email to any of the email addresses given for that Respondent in Schedule A to this Order.

2. Service by the First Claimant of a document in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Order shall be good and sufficient service of that document on the Respondent served and the document shall be deemed served:

3. Each of the Respondents has the right to apply to set aside or vary this Order under RDC 23.94 within 7 days after service of this Order.
