CONSENT ORDER ON DEADLINE FOR STATEMENT OF DEFENCE
UPON the Claimants’ Application No. CFI-045-2020/11 dated 11 June 2020 seeking an immediate judgment against the First, Second, Fourth, Thirteenth, Sixteenth, Seventeenth, and Nineteenth Defendants (the “Application”)
AND UPON the Claimants and the Eighteenth Defendant agreeing that the deadline for the Eighteenth Defendant’s Statement of Defence shall be extended to 28 days after the judgment in the Application is handed down
AND UPON Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke’s order dated 28 October 2021 granting the immediate judgment sought in the Application (the “Immediate Judgment Order”)
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Eighteenth Defendant shall submit its Statement of Defence 28 days after the date of the Immediate Judgment Order, i.e., by 4pm on Thursday, 25 November 2021.
