CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Parties attending a scheduled Case Management Conference before Judicial Officer Nassir Al Nasser on 30 January 2018;
AND UPON the Defendant filing an Application for Immediate Judgment on 29 January 2018;
AND UPON the Parties coming to an agreement in regards to Application CFI 045-2017/2 dated 21 January 2018 to amend the Statement of Claim at the above-mentioned Hearing;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.The Claimant shall be allowed to amend the Statement of Claim.
2. The Defendant shall be allowed to amend their Defence pursuant to the Claimant’s amendments.
3. The Defendant’s Application for Immediate Judgment shall be treated as a heavy application with filing times running from 30 January 2018.
4. Costs shall be costs in the case.
