CONSENT ORDER
UPON the agreement of the parties
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. A stay of the proceedings be put in place from the date of this order until 15 February 2020 to enable the parties to attend a mediation. For the duration of the stay, all current deadlines in the proceedings will be put on hold.
2. The parties shall notify the Court in writing at the end of that period whether settlement has been reached and the parties shall at the same time lodge either:
(A) if a settlement has been reached, a draft Consent Order signed by all parties; or
(B) if no settlement has been reached, a statement of agreed directions signed by all parties.
3. In the absence of agreed directions, the Registry will proceed to issue directions.
4. No order as to costs.
