IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Second Pre-Trial Review is adjourned and shall be re-listed before Justice Andrew Moran, if necessary.
2. The Parties shall schedule a meeting on 18 November 2024 and report to the Registry the outcome of the meeting by no later than 4pm GST on 19 November 2024.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
