ORDER OF H.E. JUSTICE OMAR AL MUHAIRI
UPON the Order of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 19 April 2017;
AND UPON the payment of security of costs on 15 May 2017 to the DIFC Courts Account in the sum of USD 50,000 pursuant to the above-mentioned Order;
AND UPON the Claimant’s acceptance dated 20 June 2017 to the Defendant’s Part 32 offer dated 19 June 2017 in full and final settlement of the case;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Order of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 19 April 2017 shall be stayed.
2. The DIFC Courts shall release to the Claimant the sum of USD 50,000 paid on 15 May 2017 as security of costs.
