IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is partially granted.
2. The time frame for service of the Part 7 claim form dated 7 June 2020 on the Fifth Defendants, in the matter of CFl-047-2020, shall be extended by a period of three months from the date of this Order.
3. No further extensions of time to serve the claim form will be granted.
