UPON the Part 7 Claim Form dated 5 July 2022 (the “Claim”)
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 11 April 2023 (the “Order”)
AND UPON the Consent Orders dated 21 June 2023 and 8 September 2023 varying the Order
AND UPON the Defendant’s Re-Amended Defence without Counterclaim dated 28 September 2023
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 5 October 2023
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraphs 17 of the Order is amended as follows:
"17. The parties shall prepare an agreed Chronology of significant events, cross referenced to significant documents, pleadings and witness statements, which shall be filed with the Court by the Claimant by no later than 4pm on 10 October 2023. In the event that there are areas of disagreement, the Chronology shall include an agreed Chronology and a Chronology of events which are disputed, with the parties’ respective positions outlined therein.
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
