UPON reviewing the Second Defendant’s Application No. CFI-048-2017/1 dated 31 March 2021 for the discharge of the Injunction Order of Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke dated 17 January 2018 and continued by subsequent orders (the “Application”)
AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s evidence in answer to the Application by way of first witness statement of Keith Hutchison dated 29 April 2021
AND UPON reviewing the Second Defendant’s Application No CFI-048-2017/2 dated 16 May 2021 seeking an extension of time for the filing and service of its evidence in reply to the Claimant’s evidence in answer (the “Extension Application”)
AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s correspondence sent to the Registry on 16 May 2021 opposing the Extension Application
AND UPON reading the documents recorded on the Court’s file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Extension Application is granted.
2. The time for filing of the Second Defendant’s evidence in reply to the Claimant’s evidence in answer to the Application be extended until 4pm on 18 May 2021.
3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
