UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Application No. CFI-070-2018/4 dated 11 April 2021 filed pursuant to Parts 7, 9 and 23 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”)
AND UPON reading the documents recorded on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Pursuant to RDC 9.31, the Claimant shall be permitted to serve the Default Judgement herein on the Defendants by way of publication, once in an English language newspaper and once in an Arabic language newspaper (“Service”).
2. The Claimant shall file a Certificate of Service along with copies of the English and Arabic newspapers (publishing the Default Judgment), on the DIFC Courts’ eRegistry portal as soon as practicable following Service.
3. Costs in the case.
