AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Hearing Bundle shall be filed and served by 4pm on 5 March 2024.
2. The Parties shall file and serve skeleton arguments by 4pm on 5 March 2024.
3. The hearing of the Defendants’ Application shall be held remotely and fixed for 8 March 2024.
4. Costs shall be costs in the case.
