AND UPON the Registry’s email dated 12 December 2024 requesting the Parties to confirm whether any filings will be made ahead of the Pre-Trial Review
AND UPON the Claimant’s email dated 13 December 2024 seeking to reschedule the Pre-Trial Review
AND UPON the ongoing efforts by the Parties to amicably resolve the dispute at hand
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant agreeing to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Pre-Trial Review shall be adjourned to 15 January 2025.
2. The Trial shall be adjourned to 17 February 2025.
