AND UPON the Registry’s proposal to consolidate the Claims and the Claimant and First Respondent’s confirmation by email sent on 31 January 2021 and 4 February 2021 respectively that neither objects to the consolidation of the Claims
AND UPON the Court’s general case management powers set out in Part 4 of the Rules of the DIFC Court
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Claim no. CFI-051-2018 is consolidated with CFI-085-2018 with claim no. CFI 051/2018 deemed as the active case number for the Claims.
