IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The time for the Defendant to file any response pursuant to RDC 44.14, to the Claimant’s application for permission to appeal dated 20 February 2024 is extended to 19 April 2024.
2. The time for filing an appellant’s notice in RDC 44.6(2) is extended to 23 April 2024.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
