IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application for amendment to the Order made on the de novo consideration of the parties’ requests for the production of documents is granted in its entirety.
2. There be no order as to costs.

SCHEDULE OF REASONS
1. The errors identified in the Application were all in the nature of “slips” within Rule 36.41 made in the drawing up of the Order by the Judge. For the avoidance of doubt, it should be stated that the granting by the Judge of the Claimant’s original request C12 was also a slip in that the Judge overlooked the fact that the Claimant was not seeking to have the Judicial Officer’s refusal to grant its request C12 considered as part of its de novo application.
2. A replacement Order incorporating the amendments hereby ordered should be prepared and issued by the Registry.
