UPON hearing the parties at a formal procedural meeting on 6 February 2019
AND UPON reading the relevant material in the case file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.There shall be no stay of proceedings pending the outcome of the immediate judgment application.
2. The new procedural timetable in this case, is set as follows:
(a) the First and Second Respondent’sResponse, to the Applicant’s Particulars of Claim, including any evidence sought to be relied uponin support,be filed by no later than 17 February 2019;
(b) the Applicant’s Reply, to the First and Second Respondent’s Response, including any evidence sought to be relied upon in support, be filed no laterthan 17 March 2019; and
(c) the case be listed for a Pre-Trial Review on the first available date after 17 March 2019.
3. Evidence filed in this case be considered as evidence filed in CFI-085-2018 and vice-versa.
4. No order as to costs.
