AND UPON giving due consideration to correspondence received from the Applicant on 11 November 2018 and from the Respondent dated 14 November 2018
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.Anna Waterhouse be added as a Second Respondent to the proceedings in CFI-051-2018.
2. The First and Second Respondent file and serve their submissions on the question of whether the Applicant is required to seek permission to appeal (and by whom that permission is sought), by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 29 November 2018.
3. The First and Second Respondent file and serve a Response to the Applicant’s Particulars of Claim by no later than 4pm on Sunday, 9 December 2018.
4. The Applicant file a Reply to the First and Second Respondents’ Responses by no later than 4pm on Sunday, 30 December 2018.
