CONSENT ORDER

UPON the Claimant's application for a committal order against the Defendants on 14 December 2020 (the "Committal Application")

AND UPON the judgment of H.E. Justice Ali Al Madhani being handed down in respect of the Committal Application on 19 October 2021 (the "Judgment")

AND UPON the Claimant having filed written submissions as to the nature and the extent of the sanctions to be imposed on the Defendants on 26 October 2021, following the Judgment (the "Claimant's Submissions")

AND UPON the Second Defendant having filed submissions in response to the Claimant’s Submissions (the "Second Defendant's Submissions") and an application to purge his contempt of court on 4 November 2021 (the "Purge Application")

AND UPON the Claimant and Second Defendant having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. A hearing, with a time estimate of 1-2 days, shall be listed at the earliest available date convenient to the parties and the Court, to determine:

2. The Claimant shall file a skeleton argument four days before the Combined Hearing in order to respond to the Purge Application and the Second Defendant’s Submissions (the “Claimant’s Skeleton”).

3. The Second Defendant shall file a skeleton argument three days before the Combined Hearing in response to the Claimant's Skeleton.

4. The Second Defendant shall arrange for an interpreter to be present and assist the Second Defendant’s witnesses during the Combined Hearing.

5. The Second Defendant's legal representatives shall be responsible for preparing the agreed hearing bundle for the Combined Hearing.
