AND UPON reviewing the grounds of appeal of the First Defendant and the Second Defendant each dated 7 November 2020 in support of the Permission Application
AND UPON reviewing Claimant’s submissions in opposition to the Permission Application dated 2 December 2020
AND UPON considering all the relevant documents on the Court’s file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Permission Application is dismissed on the bases that the appeal would have no reasonable prospect of success and nor is there some other compelling reason why the appeal should be heard.
