AND UPON reviewing the First Witness Statement of Mr Ashish Mehta, Managing Partner of Ashish Mehta & Associates Legal Consultants dated 9 September 2021 filed in support of the Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THAT:
1. Ashish Mehta & Associates Legal Consultants has ceased to be the legal representative of the First and Second Defendants in the proceedings.
2. Ashish Mehta & Associates Legal Consultants shall provide to the Registry, by 3pm on Thursday, 16 September 2021, contact details belonging to the First and Second Defendants.
