UPON the claim of the Claimant by Part 7 Claim Form dated 6 August 2018 (the “Claim”)
AND UPON the Claimant and the Third Defendant having agreed terms of settlement set out in a separate confidential agreement, copies of which are held by the Claimant’s and Third Defendant’s solicitors
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT AS BETWEEN THE CLAIMANT AND THE THIRD DEFENDANT (BUT NOT THE FIRST OR SECOND DEFENDANTS) THAT:
1. The claim against the Third Defendant is dismissed.
2. The worldwide freezing order made by H.E. Justice Ali Al Madhani on 2 August 2018 and continued on 7 August 2018 (the “Freezing Order”) is discharged as against the Third Defendant.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, the claim and the Freezing Order shall continue as against the First and Second Defendants until further order of this Court.
4. No order as to costs.
