AND UPON the Claimant and Third Defendant having agreed on 4 August 2020 to extend the deadline for exchange of statements of witnesses of fact in reply from 20 August 2020 to 25 August 2020
AND UPON the Claimant and Third Defendant having further agreed to extend the deadline for exchange of statements of witnesses of fact in reply to 30 August 2020
IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Signed statements of witnesses of fact in reply shall be exchanged between the Claimant and Third Defendant by no later than 4pm on Sunday 30 August 2020.
