CONSENT ORDER
FURTHER TO the Case Management Conference Order of Justice Sir Richard Field issued on 18 May 2020 (the “CMC Order“)
UPON the parties having agreed to vary the terms of the CMC Order to extend the deadline for filing and serving Expert Reports
UPON the Claimant notifying the Third Defendant of its intention, if required, to file an application seeking permission to rely on additional expert evidence (the “Claimant’s Prospective Application“)
AND UPON the parties agreeing that a further extension to the filing and serving of Expert Reports may be necessary upon the filing of the Claimant’s Prospective Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 21 of the CMC Order is varied to provide that any Expert Reports shall be filed and served by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 24 September 2020.
2. Paragraph 22 of the CMC Order is varied to provide that any Supplemental Expert Reports shall be filed and served by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 8 October 2020.
