UPON the significant overlap in the issues arising from: (i) the Claimant's application to continue the order made on 16 September 2021 (the “Injunction") on the return date of 29 November (the “Continuation Application"); and (ii) the Claimant's application for an Unless Order (the “Unless Order Application”) due to be heard on 13 December 2021
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Both of the aforesaid applications will now be heard on Monday, 13 December 2021.
2. The timetable for the service of evidence directed in the order dated 20 October 2021 will remain in place in respect of the Continuation Application now ordered to be heard on 13 December 2021.
3. The Injunction will continue until completion of the Continuation Application now to be heard on the adjourned date of 13 December 2021.
