UPON reviewing the Third's Defendant's Application No. CFI-054-2019/22 dated 18 November 2021 (the "Application")
IT IS HEREBY ORDER THAT:
1. The Application is granted, and the Third Defendant has until 4pm on Monday, 6 December 2021 to file its submissions and any extra evidence it wishes to rely on for the purposes of both, the hearing of the “unless order” application as well as the hearing in respect of the continuation of the freezing order dated 16 September 2021, both of which are listed on 13 December 2021.
2. The Claimant shall have until 4pm on Sunday, 12 December 2021 to file and serve such reply evidence and responsive submissions as it may choose to file and serve.
