AND UPON reviewing the Fourth Witness Statement of Lucas Emil Pitts of Bird & Bird (MEA) LLP dated 7 June 2021 filed in support of the Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THAT:
1. Bird & Bird (MEA) LLP has ceased to be the legal representative of the Third Defendant in the proceedings.
2. Bird & Bird (MEA) LLP shall provide to the Registry, by 3pm on Monday, 21 June 2021, contact details belonging to the Third Defendant.
