AND UPON the parties’ agreement on 12 July 2020 to extend the deadline for the filing of the Respondent’s evidence in response to the Claim under Rules 8.31 and 8.32 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The deadline for the Respondent to file and serve its evidence in response to the Claim shall be extended to 4pm on 26 July 2020.
2. The parties shall bear their own costs of this consent order.
