AND UPON the Order of the Registrar Nour Hineidi dated 1 February 2022 dismissing the Stay Application
AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Statement of Costs dated 7 February 2022
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant shall pay the Claimant’s costs of the Stay Application assessed in the amount of AED 8,500 and payable within 14 days from the date of this Order.
