IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT, PURSUANT TO RDC 23.69(1) THAT:
1. The Defendants’ application for additional time to comply with paragraph 9 of the Case Management Order of Judicial Officer Nassir Al Nasser dated 10 October 2019 (the “Order”) is allowed.
2. The Defendants shall file and serve the witness statements in reply which are referred to in paragraph 9 of the Order on or before 4pm on 25 February 2020.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, all other contents of the Order remain unchanged.
