UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Application Notice No. CFI-055-2018/7 dated 11 August 2022 seeking a Court Order to serve the Defendants via the same email
AND PURSUANT TO Rule 9.3 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Pursuant to RDC 9.31, the Claimant is granted permission to serve the proceedings in Claim No. CFI-055-2018 on the Defendants by the alternative method of service set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Order.
2. The Claimant is to serve a copy of the Claim Form and a copy of this Order (the “Documents”), by e-mail to the following address:
a) nasser@ngulf.ae;
b) nasseralshihhi@gmail.com;
c) maher@ngulf.ae; and
d) nasir@core-uae.com.
3. If the Documents are sent to the permitted email address, set out in paragraph 2 of this Order (“Paragraph 2”), before 4pm on any given day, then the proceedings will be considered served on that same day. In the event the Documents are emailed after 4pm, then the proceedings will be considered served the following day.
