IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimant has permission to amend:
a) the Re-Re Amended Claim Form in the form set out in the draft Re-Re-Re Amended Claim form filed with the Court on 29 September 2019;
b) the Particulars of Claim in the form set out in the draft Amended Particulars of Claim filed with the Court on 29 September 2019; and
c) Annex 10 and Annex 11 to the Particulars of Claim to the form of Amended Annex 10 and Amended Annex 11 to the Particulars of Claim.
(Collectively the “Statements of Case”).
2. The Claimant shall file and serve the said Statements of Case on or before 4pm on 29 September 2019.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, the deadlines set out in the Order dated 5 September 2019, remain unchanged.
