AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s email to the Registry dated 27 November 2023 confirming its intention to withdraw the Application and request for the Grounds of Appeal and Skeleton Argument to remain on the Court file
AND PURSUANT TO Rule 4.12 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application shall be withdrawn.
2. The Grounds of Appeal and Skeleton Argument shall remain on the Court file.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
