AND UPON the Claimant’s clarifications to its Statement of Costs dated 15 March 2020, filed on 21 June 2021
AND PURSUANT TO the Registrar’s Direction No. 1 of 2017 – Indicative Hourly Legal Charges
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant’s Application is granted.
2. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay the Claimant’s costs assessed in the amount of AED 1,560,998.76.
