IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Defendants shall produce the Request 1 in the Claimant’s Redfern Schedule dated 18 December 2018 by no later than 4pm on Sunday, 20 January 2019.
2. The Courts reject the Claimant’s requests 2 and 3 due to unreasonable burden to produce the requested evidence.
3. Costs in the case.
4. Liberty to apply.
