AND UPON reviewing the parties’ email correspondence with the Registry dated 9 and 10 January 2024
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant shall provide standard production of any audio recordings by no later than 2 February 2024.
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
