CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Order of Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke dated 12 October 2023 (the “Order”)
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 1 of the Order shall be amended to include the following wording as new sub-paragraphs (c) – (e):
“(c) Account statements for any accounts held with the Defendant by the following individuals:
i. Piero Politeo;
ii. Anupe Dhorajiwala (including but not limited to Account 80006); and
iii. Nailesh Terraiya (including but not limited to Account 800326);
(d) Bank statements of the Defendant’s bank account(s) with Deutsche Bank AG covering the period 1 January 2014 to date and which (i) record the receipt of funds from, or the transfer of funds to, any of the accounts falling under paragraph 1(c) above, and/or (ii) record dealings with such funds.
(e) All other documents relating to the individuals referred to in paragraph 1(c) above generated in the course of the Defendant’s commercial relationship with those individuals, including any “know your client” documentation.”
2. Paragraph 1 of the Order shall also be amended such that the Defendant must comply with its obligations under the Order as soon as reasonably practical and in any event by no later than 4pm on 8 February 2024.
