UPON the Claimants’ request for an extension of time for the Claimants to file and serve their Reply and Defence to Counterclaim to 27 May 2021
AND UPON the Defendants agreeing to the extension sought by the Claimants and the Claimants agreeing to an extension by the Defendants to file their Reply to Defence to Counterclaim
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The time for the Claimants to file and serve their Reply and Defence to Counterclaim shall be extended by a further calendar month, such that the Claimants shall file and serve their Reply and Defence to Counterclaim by 4pm on 7 June 2021.
2. The time for the Defendants to file and serve their Reply to Defence and Counterclaim shall be extended, such that the Defendants shall file and serve their Reply to Defence and Counterclaim by 4pm on 18 July 2021.
