UPON the Defendant’s application dated 17 September 2020 seeking an extension of time to the timelines mentioned in the freezing and provision of information order of H.E Justice Ali Al Madhani issued on 13 September 2020 (the “Application”)
UPON reviewing all documents recorded on the Courts’ file
IT IS HERBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Upon the undertaking of each Respondent that they will not diminish the value or alter the status or part with any of the assets owned by them until the completion of the hearing on 28 September, the hearing with respect to the continuation of the freezing order will be adjourned to 1pm (Dubai time) on 28 September.
2. The freezing order will remain in force until further order of the court.
3. The time for the provision of information and affidavits relating to the Respondent’s assets is suspended until further order of the court.
4. The parties are to file and serve skeleton arguments relating to the jurisdiction of the court no later than 22 September 2020.
5. The parties are to file and serve any skeleton arguments in reply on the issue of jurisdiction no later than 24 September 2020.
6. The costs of the application for the adjournment and any costs thrown away by reason of the adjournment are reserved.
