UPON the Applicant's Application No. CFI-066-2020/3 dated 21 September 2020 (the “Application”) seeking an amendment to paragraph 2 of Schedule B to the Freezing Injunction and Provision of Information Order issued by H.E Justice Ali Al Madhani on 13 September 2020 (the “Freezing Order”)
AND UPON the Order of Justice Wayne Martin on 17 September 2020 that the Freezing Order remain in force until further order of the court (the “Continued Freezing Order”) and that the time for the provision of information and affidavits relating to the Respondents' assets is suspended until further order of the court and that the parties are to file and serve skeleton arguments relating to the jurisdiction
UPON reviewing all documents recorded on the Courts’ file
IT IS HERBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Freezing Order is varied to amend Paragraph (2) of Schedule B to the order by deleting the words “24 September 2020” and replacing those words with “2 business days after a determination that this court has jurisdiction to entertain the Applicant’s claim”.
2. Upon giving an undertaking in the amended terms of Schedule B the Applicant is released from the undertaking in the terms previously given.
3. The costs of the Application be reserved.
