CONSENT ORDER

UPON the parties having reached an agreement to vary the necessary dates set out in the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 18 January 2024 (the “Case Management Order”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. Paragraph 13 of the Case Management Order is amended to read as follows:

“The parties shall file signed statements of witnesses of fact (and hearsay notices where required by the RDC) by no later than 12pm on Monday 3 June 2024.”

2. The costs relating to this Consent Order shall be treated as ‘costs in the case’.
