CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Claimant and Defendant having agreed the terms of the following order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The stay of proceedings is extended to 4pm on Wednesday, 2 June 2021.
2. Following expiry of the stay, the Consent Order dated 9 May 2021 (“the Consent Order”) be amended as follows:
(a) at item 2(a) of the Consent Order, the date of “21 May 2021” shall be replaced with the date “3 June 2021”;
(b) at item 2(b) of the Consent Order, the date of “31 May 2021” shall be replaced with the date “17 June 2021”;
3. Following expiry of the stay, the Order of H.E. Justice Maha Al Mehairi dated 11 February 2021 (the "CMC Order") be amended as follows:
(a) at item 11 of the CMC Order, the date of “1 June 2021” shall be replaced with the date “22 June 2021”;
(b) at item 12 of the CMC Order, the date of “27 May 2021” shall be replaced with the date “17 June 2021”;
(c) at item 13 of the CMC Order, the date of “9 June 2021” shall be replaced with the date “30 June 2021”;
(d) at item 14 of the CMC Order, the date of “13 June 2021” shall be replaced with the date “4 July 2021”;
(e) at item 15 of the CMC Order, the date of “27 June 2021” shall be replaced with the date “18 July 2021”;
(f) at item 16 of the CMC Order, the date of “4 July 2021” shall be replaced with the date “25 July 2021”; and
(g) at item 18 of the CMC Order, the date of “4 July 2021” shall be replaced with the date “25 July 2021”.
4. No order as to costs.
